HOW MANY CAN I BUY?
All BBOC Exclusive Offers are limited to the offer period or while supplies last. The current Exclusive Offer is valid only from October 2nd through December 1st, 2006, or while supplies last, whichever occurs first. During the period of the Exclusive Offer, registered members of the Beanie Babies Official Club® ("BBOC") may purchase a maximum of four sets of Clubby VII and two sets of Fun And Laughter 20th Anniversary Beanie Buddies per order while supplies last. If a member mistakenly attempts to order more than the maximum, the order automatically will be reduced to the maximum allowed. If a member attempts to place an order before the offer period begins, after the expiration of the offer period or after supplies of the Exclusive BBOC offer have been depleted, they will be notified that their order cannot be processed either because it was not placed during the offer period or because there are no supplies left.  We reserve the right to ship partial orders.

The cost of the items offered in BBOC is as follows:

BBOC Fun and Laughter 20th Anniversary Beanie Buddies Set (2 pieces) $20.00

In addition, there will be charges for shipping and handling.

Residents of Illinois will be charged the applicable sales tax.
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. will be charged all applicable taxes.


HOW CAN I PAY?
The BBOC Clubby VII Beanie Baby and Fun & Laughter Beanie Buddies set can be purchased by credit card and debit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card and debit cards featuring the MasterCard and Visa logo. Debit card users, please note that funds must be available at the time the order is processed. We are not responsible for overdraft or NSF charges.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Once we have received your order, we will ship your order within 4-6 weeks.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
Your credit card will be billed at the time your order is shipped.

HOW LONG WILL THE OFFER LAST?
The Exclusive Offer is valid from October 2, 2006 through December 1, 2006, or while supplies last, whichever occurs first. If the supply is depleted prior to December 1, 2006, we will place a notice to that effect on the BBOC home page. Otherwise the offer ends December 1, 2006. Members who attempt to place orders before the offer period begins, after expiration of the offer period or after supplies of the Exclusive Offer have been depleted will be notified that their order cannot be filled, either during the order process or by e-mail.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I AM PLACING MY ORDER IN TIME TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT BEFORE THE SUPPLY IS GONE?
Once the BBOC has placed a notice on the web site that the Exclusive Offer has expired or has been withdrawn, or after December 1, 2006, we will no longer accept any orders for that product. However, your order may be accepted before our systems have been updated to reflect current supplies. As a result, your order may be accepted even though our supply has been depleted. If this occurs, we will provide you with a notice by e-mail indicating that your order cannot be filled. If you receive no such notice, your Exclusive BBOC order will be shipped to you within 4-6 weeks.

CAN BBOC BEANIES BE RETURNED?
In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your BBOC purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund of the original product cost only, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. To return a purchase, please contact us at customerservice@bbocmail.com for return authorization and instructions. If replacement product cannot be obtained, the BBOC reserves the right to refund the purchase price including the shipping and handling charges. To return a BBOC order, please contact us at customerservice@bbocmail.com for return authorization and instructions. In order to receive credit, please return the product in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Once we have received the returned product we will process a credit in the amount of the original product cost only, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. At the present time, we are able to respond to e-mails written in English only.

WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Should you have questions regarding the non-receipt of your order, please contact us at customerservice@bbocmail.com within 30 days of receipt of the shipping confirmation email or within 60 days of your original order. Please reference your order number in your e-mail. If replacement product cannot be obtained, the BBOC reserves the right to refund the purchase price including the shipping and handling charges.

WHAT IF I DON'T GET A RESPONSE TO MY E-MAIL INQUIRY WITHIN A DAY OR TWO?
Please be patient with us. The BBOC web site is new and we have many eager BBOC members who are contacting us. We read all e-mail inquiries and answer them as quickly as we can, in the order in which we receive them. Please avoid sending repeat e-mails as they will slow down response time. If you do send a repeat e-mail, please indicate in the e-mail both your order number and the date that the first e-mail was sent, so that we can avoid repeat responses.
