How do I become a member?
To join the BBOC, visit an authorized Ty Retailer and purchase a BBOC membership kit. Inside the kit you'll find all the information you will need to register and become a member of the BBOC.

Can I order the BBOC Exclusive Offer items if I am not a member?
The 2005 BBOC Exclusive Offer items are available to registered BBOC members. You can become a member by purchasing a BBOC kit at a Ty Authorized Retailer. Inside the kit you'll find all the information you need to register and become a member of the BBOC.

How can I pay?
Purchases are by credit card only. Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cash, personal checks, cashiers/certified check, money orders or any other form of payment will not be accepted.

When do I get billed?
Your credit card will be billed after your order has shipped.

Your order will ship within 4-6 weeks.

How long is the offer?

What is my BBOC login?
Your BBOC login is your BBOC membership number. This number should consist of 7 numbers or start with a "W" followed by 6 numbers.

What is my BBOC password?
Your BBOC password is your billing zip code at the time you registered your membership. If you have moved since you registered, your password is your old zip code. When we update your membership with your new address, your password will reflect your new billing zip code.

Why didn't I receive a newsletter or information on the 2005 Exclusive Offer?
We make every attempt to notify members of product offerings available through the BBOC. Sometimes mailings and messages do not reach members because they have moved, changed their e-mail address or their Internet provider could not deliver the message.
